Meat and wine pairing

For 11 years, we have been working with Vincent Rollet, a talented winemaker located in the north of Beaujolais (domaine du Granit Doré). We offer our customers the opportunity to taste (in particular) its delicious Juliénas - old vines. Its 2022 vintage is singularly wonderful : powerful and full-bodied, it pairs perfectly with the grilled meats that we serve at Sacrée fleur.
