Booking Policy

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT BOOKINGS AT SACREE FLEUR

Our restaurant is a small establishment that requires fairly strict operating rules to best serve our customers:

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a response from us, not when the request is sent by the customer.

All bookings must be confirmed. Without confirmation, we may reallocate the table. If you have made a reservation and need to cancel, please notify us as far in advance as possible, as we often turn away other customers.
We hold tables for a maximum of 10 minutes.

We respond to all booking requests sent by email, unless the message ends up in spam or does not arrive at all, which occasionally happens.

Bookings are primarily made by email. We usually respond quickly, except during service hours.

Please do not send booking requests too far in advance (a maximum of 1-2 weeks).

The restaurant is small and does not have the logistical capacity to accommodate large tables or groups. For us, a group split across multiple tables is still considered a group. Our largest table seats 6 people.

The restaurant is closed on Sundays, so we do not respond to any booking requests for that day.

Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant (except for guide dogs accompanying visually impaired individuals).

Customers are not permitted to bring their own food (e.g., birthday cakes) or drinks (e.g., bottles of wine), as Sacrée Fleur is a restaurant, not a picnic area :)
