First and foremost, it's a beautiful piece of meat, properly marbled, neither too fatty nor too lean. It must be grilled carefully (the flame must be adjusted). If you want it rare, it must be hot throughout. Bloody means very juicy. And medium means not overcooked.
At Sacrée Fleur, we have always strived to serve you the best rib steak (and many other things)... Enjoy your meal!

First of all, it is a nice meat, marbled as it should be, neither too fatty nor too lean. It must be grilled carefully (the flame must be adjusted). If we want it 'blue', it must be warm inside. Rare means very juicy. And medium, means not overcooked.
Since always, at Sacrée fleur, we strive to serve you the best rib of beef (and many other things)... Bon appetit!
